Louisiana isn't the only place that has shrimp.

BP has really destroyed my faith in humanity. I couldn't take any more after I heard the shrimp statement from a BP rep. So, I emailed him. I encourage you to email him as well: Randy.Prescott@BP.com We all need to band together and stand up for our world. No one else is going to.

Dear Mr. Prescott,

"Louisiana isn't the only place that has shrimp".  It's not hard for me to imagine your company has that stance. BP is ignorant, greedy, manipulative and deceitful. If your intellectual capacity is of that where you actually believe you're correct then I suggest you go home, look your children, wife-- whomever your family is-- in the eyes and apologize to them; that is if you see yourself as 'accountable' to them.  Apologize for ruining their earth and their future.

 Our world will never be the same, but you know that. This is more than ruining Louisiana's shrimp. This is more than surface oil (we all know about deep sea as well). It's more than the aquadic and fowl life you've murdered. You've destroyed the ecosystem. Just wait for the acid rain, dead crops and hurricanes when your destruction speards farther than up the Mississippi River. I'm anticipating your excuses for those to be "we don't control the weather". No, you just control the spin factor.       

What you have done in the Gulf is an absolute travesty, but of course you already know that. How do you sleep at night? Money can't fix what you've done, it can't buy happiness and it will not cover your ignorance forever.
